How to measure bra size

1. Measure snugly around the ribcage where the band sits.
2. Measure the fullest part of the bust without compressing.
3. Use the difference as a starting cup estimate, then fit-check by brand.

The band should sit level, the centre should rest close to the body, cups should not spill or wrinkle, and straps should support without digging.

Panty and shapewear fit

Measure waist and hip at the points requested by the seller. If between sizes, choose based on fabric stretch and desired compression. For daily underwear, comfort should win over a smaller label size.
